I have been going to Ogunquit for 12 years now, most summers. It is the one place that has totally captured my mind & heart. I think about being there all year & cry when we leave! To live there is my ultimate goal.

Quaint and quiet
By monica, 05/09/05
I enjoyed the town very much. The shopping was great. The best part that I enjoyed about the town was its' quietness. Everyone got along well. The beach was quiet...no blaring boomboxes. At night, the clubs welcomed everyone with opened arms. Strangers interacted with each other like family! It was a very pleasant place to be. You have to go to experience it yourself.

I have been to Ogunquit every year for as long as I can remember. I love the gorgeous beach, the trolley, and, well, everything.

Home away from home
By A Yahoo! Contributer, 07/22/05
The first thing you notice about Ogunquit is how much you feel home and everybody is so nice and kind... I go there every year for the past 20 years, and still enjoy Marginal Way and Footbridge beach as if it was the first time I'd go...

Quaint Village
By debis7860, 08/22/05
This little village has something for everyone. A trolley to get where you want to go or most things are within walking distance. A peaceful strip of sandy beach. Their is a nice boat tour you can take to see the Nubble lighthouse or watch a lobsterman bring in a trap & explain about the trade of lobstering. The Blue Willow restaurant in Perkins ...

Great town!
By walcrisp, 09/29/05
If you like vacationing on the Southern Maine coast, but don't want to break the bank, Ogunquit is quite a bargain and a heck of a nice little town. A lot of fun and very family friendly, my wife, son and I family felt right at home. Everything is in walking distance (food, shopping and beach) and is a short drive to Wells and Kennebunkport. ...

Seaside Splendor
By CL, 05/09/06
What's not to like about Ogunquit! I enjoy walking along either Shore Road/Perkins Cove or the Marginal Way. Sunrises on the beach are spectacular!! Browsing gift shops is also a favorite hobby of mine. We like the Pink Blossoms Inn/Motel. Very reasonable off season and preferred customer rates. Parking is tight at Perkins Cove. I'd ...

Great family vacation!
By Jessica H, 09/11/06
Luv Ogunquit Maine. My family used to vacation here when we were kids .We planned a trip back with the whole family. Getting to Ogunquit from Logan is about a 45 min drive and fairly easy. We chose to rent a house for a week due to the 7 people we had w/ us. In June the rates are still pre-season so not as pricy as in July. The house was great ...
