Great burger place, fresh ingrediants, cooked to order, fries are fresh, casual, mix your own soda, just fun and wonderful food!! If you visit Lake Charles stop by this place like we did and wow get excited!!!

Okay, okay so I live in Lake Charles and all but it really is a "lovely" town full of "nice people." I would recommend going to see the casinoes (L'Auberge du Lac is the best) and possibly once the Hurricane mess is cleaned up it would be a good idea to visit the Creole Nature Trail which is really pretty. We were very exicited about going to play to the machines Cashman only to get there and all of the machines were out of services. The change machines were out of service. We had to walk a distance to the cashier cages to make change. We didn't see a waitress for hours after we arrived there.It was a very disappointing trip from Texas. The next time we plan to go I will call ahead to find out if the machines are working.

I loved the malls and the people who were so nice.I didn't way people boguarded the streeets. Too many people were do things like using profanity in front of kids.That should never happen in the neiborhood.

Limited menu choices at all restaurants. Many rude/incompentent staff at front desk, in casino, and most especially in the restaurants.

All of the elevators in the hotel went down, save for one service elevator. The pool was not yet finished.

The only thing nice I can say is the staff on the golf course were very friendly.
