Bowling Green's downtown has a beautiful square with a huge fountain and lots of scenic victorian homes. There is also a large variety of restaurants - try Mariah's or 440 Main. If you're visiting Mammoth Cave, Bowling Green is the place to stay. Nearby Shakertown is also worth a visit.
Nice hotels and in easy reach of lots of family activities - Mammoth Cave, Dinosaur World, Kentucky Down Under, Cave City. Good selection of restaurants for size of the town, too.

Bowling Green is such a great town!! There is not only a lot to do at night as far as bars and night life, but there are also tons of things to do during the day! Bowling Green is a great place for both kids and adults!

There are so many things to do here. We have several golf courses, Beach Bend Park which also hosts many racing and car-related events. The Kentucky Museum and the Corvette Museum are a wonderful places to visit. Also, Lost River Cave is an unusual place to see. Shopping is great and there are many restaurants to chose from.
