South Bend is a good size mid-western city with a small town feel.

Pros: Good museums and historical sites (Studebaker Museum, Oliver Mansion), Good restaurants (Tippicanoe, Barnaby's, Bonnie Doons), Great Theater (Morris Civic Center), variety of collages (Notre Dame, Holy Cross, St. Mary's IUSB, Bethel, etc.) Southshore Line, Airport, ...

This place is boring, unless you plan to go on a drinking rage. If you come here you will need to since there is absolutely nothing interesting to do. Spend your money somewhere else... go to the Southwestern USA... now that is a place to visit!

This hotel claims to be pet friendly, but is not. They would not allow us to stay despite winter storm warnings and treacherous highways because we had a cat....yet they claimed on yahoo travel to be pet friendly.

we spend a week end in this town and found a lot of ghosts and spirit in this town great for ghost hunters we had alot of fun and injoy the town it a great place to investigate

I don't spend the night I just go to Notre Dame games the atimosphire is great.Well I even saw rivals fans who loved the atmisphire. Unfourtanatley ND lost to Sc that stunk on that October15th was a fun day that turned for the worst. Neter the less a fun Saturday!

I love seeing Notre Dame.It is Beutiful, Delightful,Charming, dazziling. Like a blooming flower in the spring time.There is alot of fun, Color, Enjoyment. Laughter pleasure, love , and delicoise foods.

I have lived in a alot of places and this is the worst place that I have ever lived. I moved to Arizona and very glad I did. If you are thinking about visiting this area, consider other possibilities.

Loved it there! went to norte dam to take a tour of the campus and it meet all our exectation the people ther were all irish and fun to be with the atmosphere was so special everyone was os nice A must visit!
