Never been to one before, it was GREAT!! Live music, good drinks-with cute little banana men in them and mine had an orange with a lime and pinapple leaf for a tongue and they all have sunglasses on:) The food was excellent! I ordered a jerk chicken wrap with a side salad, the salad came and it was HUGE!! We had a wonderful time!!

Great place to live to raise families. There is much to do from play groups at many community centers to classes at the YMCA, City Parks and Recreation, and Wonderlab (kids science museum). Indiana University brings a lot of talent and dignitaries.
However, housing is expensive, but the city is a joy that is self contained. Not too small and not too large. Just right.

Bloominton has a lot of shopping to offer and a small safe town environment. There are plenty of resturants and a free art muesum.I enjoy the town

Great culture with restaurants and theatre. Fun parks and recreation. Great university sporting events and community activities. Brown County state park is within 30 minutes and has houseback riding and camping facilities.

There are many small festivals throughout the year like the Lotust festival which is a 3 day ongoing concert scattered all over Bloomington with bands and artists from all over the world. This was one of the best places to visit! Near the IU campus, there are lots and lots of great shops to visit and places to see. There is a great Greek place called the Trojan Horse you can't pass up if you visit and a cool ice cream shop down the street.
