    I have lived here for 18 years now and Wheeling is the best city! We have places to eat and shop....We have churches to go to if you want..We have hotels...

    We have very hgood schools.........we have two pools...indoor and outdoor....we also have a bike trail basketball and tennis courts......we also have a Museum....The Wheeling Historical ...
