We stayed at Jay's Inn near the Interstate and it was a great deal. Nice, clean room, great restaurant on the property and friendly staff. Have stayed several times and plan to return on our next trip through Illinois.
We travel with our dog and it was very pet friendly with a nice area to walk in front.
