from the outside, sycamore was a very nicely kept small town in the middle of the cornfields of northern illinois. sadly, i was shocked at how very rude and self centered the locals were to me! almost as if they carry a zero tolerance attitude towards non locals, and how could such a vast majority of the locals be so self centered nearly 60 miles from the chicago city limits?!
