Arrival: Excellent Service at front desk. They accommodated us with an early check in. On arrival toilet filled with waste and dirty. Flushed it and it backed up. Called front desk...they sent someone up immediately to clean it. Went to sleep, pulled back beadspread. Sheets were not changed. Found a receipt between the sheets from a local store dated 5 days earlier. Will not stay here again if at all possible.

I have been staying at this motel for a few years now and it has improved over that time. The staff used to be rude and unaccomidating but the new people are much better. They are also remodeling rooms although I have not stayed in one of the new ones, yet. Morris is not the best town as they seem to have an attitude and customer service ...
