Galesburg has a downtown historic district that rivals Galena, Long Grove, or Geneva.
Lots of unique shops, antiques, an array of fine dining, wine tasting and more. There are great bed & breakfasts...it makes for a fantastic weekend get-away or a terrific mid-week jaunt for gals. We really had a great time. Easy train ride from Chicago. We discovered something different from the usual and will definitely return.
