Unfortunately we did not experience the nice staff that others have commented on. We experienced key cards that don't work in the elevator, thus we rode up and down over and over - staff response "oh". We experienced cold food at the buffet and children throwing food over the balconies at those of us having breakfast below - staff ...

The downtown area is really great. When you are down there, the Ballydoyle Irish Pub is really the place to go. They have live music almost every night and the food is really good too, and affordable. Wish I had a Ballydoyles in my hometown. It was great.
