They have the rudest, crankiest police officers directing traffic. This is my first and last time visiting Stone Mountain Park. We were yelled at as soon as we entered the gate. And dont dare ask for directions. Just because they wear a badge does not give them the right to treat people like trash. The rude encounters put a damper on the entire afternoon. So much for a nice family outing.

Though I lived in Georgia most of my life, I had never visited Stone Mountain until about a year ago. Was I missing something amazing! From the attractions to the laser show, it was something to be enjoyed by the whole family. I bought souvenirs that were not pricey, enjoyed the ride up the mountain and then was amazed by the view, and the laser show was astounding. I would definitely recommend it for everyone!

This is the place of my childhood. I love it, grew up close by so i went alot when i was a kid. there are so many great things to do for kids. they just built a nice big tree house for the kids to. I liked this place because you can take a basket of food, a blanket or chairs. You can watch the fire works with your family and enjoy seeing all the friendly people!
