A Little seedy but funSome rough areas, but a nice, but small downtown area. About 1 hour or less from major attractions (Orlando, NASA, Cocoa Beach). Melbourne Airport is small but very easy to get in and out of.

We're moving there!Melbourne is by far my most fave spot on earth! There is so many fun things to do, it is INSANE!! Disney World...90 minutes away! Kennedy Space Center....20 minutes away! Cocoa Village....15 minutes away! Then the local stuff...the Indian River, the Atlantic ocean, Brevard Zoo, the flea market on Eau Gallie and I-95...the fun never stops!!!You did not find this review helpful.3 of 5 Yahoo! You've got to go!!!There are a lot of nice places to go. If you just go out and drive around you'll always end up somewhere fun. Downtown Melbourne has a street party on Friday nights and beachside has Jamaican me crazy Wed. nights all summer.
