We stayed at the Marco Marriott and the restaurants are very expensive. Most restaurant meals are atleast 20 bucks and more. With no chain restaurants besides Burger King and McDonalds most of the mom and pop restaurants are very expensive. The people are rude. The hotel and staff were exceptional. The food was good and the resort was beautiful. I highly recommend the Calipso Spirit boat tour. It is 50.00 and you see dolphins and the beautiful scenery all around. We stopped for 1 hr to do some shelling. The whole trip was 2 1/2 hours. Can't wait to go back.

The beaches and weather are perfect. It's a great place for family vacation. My wife and I first came to Marco Island 7 years ago for our honeymoon.
