This is a very busy place, yet quiet.
It is a very laid-back atmosphere. It
has everything, i.e. restaurants, shopping,
beach, pool, golf, post office, playground,
boating,etc. The weather is great in the
winter (usually). A lot of seniors go there
and you also see families with children.
It is getting more and more expensive to stay
in this area, but if you can afford it, it
is worth it.
