We go to the shores in the off season. We were there four times last year, and just returned home from a three week visit this year, The shores is north of Daytona and is not as busy, Last year we were there in Febuary, May, September, and December . Prices are very reasonable at the slower time of year.Try the Tropical Seas Resort Days Inn or the Sand Castle Motel. Both great values. We are headed back soon

My wife and I thought we were going to spend a fabulous 2 week vacation.WRONG!!! The service was not up to a 4 star standard,housekeeping was slow,the key cards had to be constantly reprogrammed and last but not least the food was just ok.Most of the staff made you feel welcomed but there are always that few which it's just a job.

I really love going to Daytona Beach for
just getting away. Viewing the ocean and ejoying the ocean air, swimming and shopping.

The coutesy of the hotel staff was excellent.
