    We checked in on Aug.10th (my husband's birthday). the room was #1 on the end and very hot! We went downstairs and talked to Richard one of the owners, and he said the room would cool off in 10min. so we went to eat came back 45. min later, and the room was unbearably hot. I went downstairs to see about changing rooms and they were now closed ...

  • The best of life

    Must go to enjoy,Sunrise, Sunset always a joy to watch.Sea Food at its best.Fishing you can't beat. Nature at its finest!!! What a lovely place to enjoy life, rest or what ever. Go and enjoy the best of mothernature.

    Very seldom can you return to a place ten years later and expect to capture the magic of discovering a unique, off the beaten path, destination.   • Cedar Key - the town that Florida forgot (fortunately!)

    Cedar Key is a wonderful little town on the Gulf of Mexica. Surrounded by a wildlife refuge, it's perfect for bird watchers and fishers to enjoy the natural beauty of Florida. There's a lot of people kayaking the area too.

    It's quiet in Cedar Key - there's not a lot of nightlife, but we just wanted to hang out and watch the skies ...

  • Our stay at Cedar Key

    My husband and I and 2 daughters ages 17/12 called in march for reserve a room for the dockside motel. I thought it was bit strange that the hotel would'nt take a credit card to reserve the room but everything I read told me the town was very mellow and layed back. Will I hate to say our vaction started with a 5 hr traffic jam in tenn and ...
