Bal Harbour is a beautiful town. It was great because it offered a few nice restaurants within walking distance of our hotel and we felt safe to walk after dark. The Sheraton was georgeous but on the expensive side. As were the Bal Harbour Shops. We took advantage of the nightlife in South Beach a few evenings by riding the public bus.
