This city is great. Spent a day here at Ocean Beach and it was fun. would love o go back again. There are places you can go by, etc. Waterford Speedbowl, etc.

the time to visit would be in the summer. during the sailfest. the casinos help a little with entertainment thought. they offer all kinds of shows and restaurants as well.

My second trip to NL in as many years was even better. Several new restaurants and watering holes have opened up! The place is going through a serious renassaince! Lovely dinner and lunch at Brie&Bleu, Check out the Wine Cellar at Thames Wines & Spirits! Enjoyed Hanafins Irish Pub on State Street, Capt.Scotts for the BEST lobster rolls ever and Fred`s Shanty for theeee BEST wholebelly clams I have EVER had! Worth a trip! Keep it up!!!!!!!!!!

There was nothing to dislike about my visit. My plan was to go and see my aunt in New London and it became a relaxing and fun vacation. I loved the people the activites and the food. I will go again.
