I loved Mystic and traveling around the area with Mystic Limousine. We saw all the attractions by an amazing Limousine ride! It made our trip! We also used the Limo to visit a few of the wineries that are near the mystic area - a must do! Furthermore, We used the service to bring us to and from JFK airport. This was good for a day trip- walking around but really I wish there was more to do. Portsmouth, NH and Newport, RI are much more interesting if you're looking for sea-side boat type of scenery of New England. If you've been to those two places before and want to go somewhere new, then consider Mystic but otherwise don't bother. Parking was hard to find too.

This place is awesome. You got to check out the Aquaruim. I haven been here isnce I was a kid and in school. I recomment going when its warmer though although winter time can be fun too.

Mystic is a beautiful town. Go during the spring or fall months, and enjoy the beautiful weather and rustic scenery.

If you decide to stay at a local inn rather than at a big-name hotel, be sure to avoid the "Inn at Mystic." This dump is just about the worst hotel at which I have ever stayed... and I do quite a bit of travelling.

Quaint, old-world charm makes you feel like you are far away from the hectic city. Lots to see, lovely weather in spring through the fall, great aquarium for the kids (and adults), lots of leisurely shopping. Close to many attractions, can tour sdubmarines and take train rides.
