Cowtown CritiqueVacaville is a rapidly growing city with a small town atmosphere. It is the ideal place to grow up and the ideal place to raise children. Vacaville is located 30-35 minutes by car from Sacramento, CA, yet still within an hour from Oakland, CA and San Francisco, CA. Cities like Vacaville are similar to Chico.
