    I went to college in Thousand Oaks. Great city, very safe and clean, nice laid back Ventura County folks. Traffic is not bad, easy access to stores. This isnt a hoppin party town however, its a peaceful suburb city to the fullest. For those looking for fun though, LA is just 15-20 mins away south on 101 and Malibu another 15 mins through the ...
