Look, with so many other wonderful places to go in LA, OC, and Riverside county, the last place you want to find yourself is the city of Riverside. Palm Spings is awesome, Redlands is quaint, temecula even better, and even Murieta has draw with scenic Ortega Highway running through. Recommendation....skip Riverside if you are visiting Southern CA.

There are things in Riverside that are fun to do, but The Mission Inn is the most interesting unique, and special. They have a wonderful docent tour that includes viewing the grounds and learning the rich history. If you are a visitor and can afford to stay here - do so!

I love riverside but the new city citrus grille is a rip-off!!! My family went there and the food was cold it took an hour for us to be served our meals and when we complained we were told we would recieve free dessert but they put it on the check. We complained agian and they took off the dessert and gave two free passes for a meal, there are four of us. Then had the audacity to put suggest tip on the check. DO NOT EAT THERE!
