I have to say this is my favorite cheapest to stay on a semi regular occasion. The views and sounds are wonderful and relaxing, actually the best for a couple. Its so breathtaking to watch the sunset from your balcony and at night to sleep with the slider open and hear the waves break who could ask for a better hotel. After a hot week in the ...

Pismo Beach - Avoid, avoid, avoid.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/04/08
Pismo Beach is a dirty little place that's seen better days. It's full of very second rate, tatty and run-down shops, restaurants and businesses. It's a drab place full of bored, under-utilised retail staff who seem to want to shut up shop at 3pm. There is nothing nice about this place except the pier which is long, sturdy, well made ...
My husband and I came here for our seven year anniversary. We enjoyed the view from our third floor room. Hearing the ocean all night was amazing!! Everything about this hotel is awsome. My husband especially loved the parking spaces, you have about a two feet space between the car next to you. The room was extreamly clean we did not see a speck of ...

Inner City/Teens/Okie Heaven!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/01/08
A close beach to much of the dreaded inland valley (Fresno, Bakersfield and all points inbetween) makes a perfect inexpensive day trip or an overnighter. For those who love Santa Barbara or Stinson or Carmel, this is not for you (a bit too dirty, cheap fried food, and honky tonk taverns). Very crowded beaches, so get there early, like 7am. By 9 ...
I went her one summer with my family for a vacation, and it was awesome. The beach is totally rad, and the atmosphere in the area is just totally laid back. You can pretty much walk everywhere you need to go, but I deffinately recommend having a car to take a trip to Avila beach about half an hour away. Its so much fun, and Avila Farm has the best ...
We enjoyed are 2 day, 1 night stay at Pismo Beach very much for our honeymoon. It was a bit overprised, just to be there, but it was a beach and away from home. It was quiet and very lovely to enjoy. I would recommend it to most people.

A LITTLE BIT OF PARADISE IN CA
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/30/06
THIS IS AN AWESOME PLACE TO TAKE THE FAMILY. THE BEACH IS ALWAYS CLEAN, AND THE LITTLE SHOPS ARE SO COOL. THEY HAVE A VAUDVILLE TYPE PERFORMANCE IN A LITTLE PLACE CALLED THE MELODRAMA. THE AUDIENCE PARTICIPATES WITH ACTORS ON STAGE WHO ARE COLLEGE STUDENTS. I'VE GONE THERE ABOUT 6 TIMES AND NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. TWO THUMBS UP FOR PISMO BEACH!

A vacation in paradise, without leaving California
I would reccommend PismoBeach to anyone. it's a nice, clean touristy type of village with a beautiful ocean view. I have been there several summers for vacation. I love to go to the melodrama. it is a vaudeville type play put on by college students. the plays are different each summer. it is a fun family night out. I give it two thumbs up.

The Best Birthday Ever!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/01/05
I have been going to the Central Coast area since I can remember. My family and I always take trips down there to visit family.
We usually stick to some of the other beaches and never really went to Pismo Beach, but just this past June for my 19th birthday my cousin taught me how to surf there. It was amazing and my most memorable birthday ...
