Morro Bay was such a nice escape. We rented an electric boat and cruised the bay, went whale watching and enjoyed the beach. There were tons of shops and restaurants along the water and we were pleased with every meal we had.
The beaches are never crowded.Thier is something for eveyone in your family to do no matter how big or small it is.My favorite things are the tide pools and Sea life peeting zoo

Ouiet town after 4 days in LA just stopped for one night and that's enough. Expensive resturants no night life. Beach and view great. Don't do boat tides in bay can see it all with a walk. Good for birders.

Great rustic contemporary shop at 845 Embarcadero. Local artisan work and an excellent variety of upscale unique items. A must visit while in Morro Bay
