My family and I went to carrows Gardena for lunch, one the the lunches had cold slaw and I asked to subsitute it for a salad, not a specialty salad just a regular. The server said they could not subsitute, I asked for the manager and he said the same; he said that I could buy a salad for $1.99. This manager passed us a $50 tab for a $1.99 salad. way to go manager!
