The most exciting things about Galt are the Dry Creek Golf Course, The Flea Market on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Spaans Cookies, and Galt Frostie. It's also a nice place to raise children. If you want to just live and relax, Galt is a good place to make home, but if you want to have fun, you'll have to travel out of town to Sacramento or Stockton

I loved the small town atmosphere but also the fact that I could experience a lot in such a small town. We enjoy eating cookies at the Spaans Cookie store and finishing with a Blended Triple Chocolate Mocha at It's A Grind Coffee House.
