I liked the surrounding areas such as Mendocino and Little River. Fort Bragg is a drag though not much to do and kinda ugly with very few trees. The small businesses are a mix of good to bad. The underwear store, Understuff?

ya...I went there for my parents anniverrsary....glass beach is really fun...if you go...you should definetly go there..also...bring a heavy a heavy jacket....its pretty cold by the beach as it should be:]

If you go to fort bragg you must go to the glass beach. It's used to be a dump but then they cleared it out and the glass was sanded smooth. The green was old 7 up bottles. The blue is old medicine bottles but those are rare to find. It a good place to get away from the kids. Overall it a nice place to go.
