  • Laid-Back
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/10/06
This place has a laid-back atmosphere, mud baths, great food & fine wine. Stay in town & everything is within one block of the hotel/spa. The grocery store has everything for a great picnic, fresh cheese & sides. We even won at the Geyserville casino.
    We Highly Recommend Calistoga !

  • Still a Friendly Townl
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/17/06
Of all the choices in Napa Valley I prefer tiny Calistoga. The super expensive snobby stores and wineries have not invaded charming little country town. Locals are friendly, food is good, shops are unique and locally owned.

  • Nice get-away weekend
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/11/05
It's close to the Culinary Institute of America (St. Helena)--great food, good service and a fun experience. Check out Brannon's restaurant in Calistoga plus Suzie's Bar for a tasty Bloody Maria. You can have a game of pool there too.
