    My husband and I had the worst experience here. I was taking a shower about an hour after we checked in and the fan in the bathroom was out. The hot water fogged the room and the smoke alarm went off. We called front desk and the night host said to take it off. We asked for a new room and she said there were none.     I think Bartsow was given a bad rap. It's sort of a cool place in it's own respect. I had to stay there for periods of time for my company and had the chance to cruise around a little.   • Not really a cool place

    The town is known for all the wrong things. We drove through the town at 5am one day and saw something horrible that I won't mention here. Basically, this town isn't very wholesome. It's a good place to stop and get gas though because there is not much out that way.
