If you look poor this wannabee crossing guard will run you off of the mall property. He ranks somewere between an illegal alien and a dumpster diver. What a looser!!! He kicked me and my homie out of freaking Wall Mart for christ sake!!! Im just thankfull there havnt been any children maced. This guy doesnt evan know why they put a date on sour ...
Havasu it beautiful out doors, walking trails (as long as you know where your going), pretty sunsets. Not much to do for young adults unfortunately. There's a mall, but its tiny, there arent many places for them to be. Work also sucks out here. There arent many places to work and most places are closing down because no one wants to work. The ...
If you are not into water sports, Havasu isn't the place for you to vacation. The climate is beautiful. The sunsets are breathtaking. But you can basically see everything in one day. After that, there's not much to it. Don't get a hotel near the bridge during summer holidays because of noisy college kids. DON'T DRIVE DRUNK HERE!! The cops will get you!! While here, take in the natural beauty of Havasu.
The cops seem to want to write tickets for anything even if they have to make it up. Going to court is no help, aside from being dragged back for every minor hearing, you will not get a fair trial! The local judge was just reprimanded for it! Come to Havasu on Vacation, leave on probation! I know several people who will never go again because ...

Never again..

Lake Havasu is a dirty, boring, little town with nothing to do. And for anyone who raves about all the water activites.. that water is filthy, I can't believe anyone actually goes in it.

Hard to get help with boat engine problems. No one works on weekends. I guess they are on the lake. Hotel was over priced for what you get. Nice place to visit, Once.
Top choices: 1. The Refuge: the most beautiful course I have ever played on - I played for a rate of $65 with cart. This desert course is challenging but not too challenging, the fairways and greens are meticulous, and the employees friendly (except one grumpy bartender). Great views of the mountains and lake. 2. Emerald Canyon in Parker: a great ...
If you want to kick back for few days on a long cross country trip, LHC is fine. It is refreshing to see that much water after driving throught desert, and it is very affordable. I would not recomend it as a resort destination though. It'a very suburban, modern and tacky. Even with the lake it still too hot in the summer. Go in the spring or fall.

The owner operator, very clean, friendly atmosphere. woould go back Outstanding pool and huge spa, horsw showes andb occee court, near launch ramp if you have a boat.
LHC is one of the most awesome areas that I have ever visited-and now, lived in! I have traveled around the world several times and this area is hard to beat when it comes to natural beauty and how nice you are treated by the local residents. While the temperatures do climb during the summer months, the waters of Lake Havasu offer a refreshing and beautiful sight to more than offset the heat.
