On Tuesday at approximately 12 noon my wife and I entered the recently opened Ah-So in Casa Grande. We aordered a beer and a glass of water while looking at the menu. My beer sat under the tap, just inches from my reach, for 2-4 minutes. The waitress/bartender was distracted with something other than customers.

We order lunch a couple of rice ...
