I've been all over the globe from Europe to Seattle sampling some of the finest foods and drink available. I have to say I was a little surprised when I walked into Jitters when I moved here two winters ago. The decor is very warm and inviting and the coffee is by far the best I've had in AK.

I love this place because it is where I grew up. Eagle River is a great place to raise a family as long as you don't live in one of those neighborhood where the next house is 5 feet away.

Also Eagle River is a nice place to visit and stay if you are planning on visiting both south and north of anchorage. There are some really nice bed and breakfasts and a couple of hotels!
