    I now go to school in Savannah, Ga and i cant wait to come home for the summer. hoover is just a clean safe place with great people. you have Oak Mountain state park right by. Downtown Birmingham just a couple minutes away. And a 4 hour drive to the beach is not all that bad.

    Lived in Hoover during my High School years. Hoover is the typical all American suburban town, with a very nice mall and all the conveniences that we American's take for granted. Nice neighborhoods, tree lined streets and good schools. I moved away and didn't return after a 10 year stint. What a surprise! The town has really grown, ...
