My family stayed in Guntersville for almost two weeks at the end of summer and completely loved it. We spent the first week based in a cabin at the state park with days spent hiking, at the golf course or on the beach. For the second week, we moved to one of the hotels on the lake and rented a boat to water ski and fish.

Great town and really nice people. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Pam Lockhart is the event planner at Covenant Cove Lodge. She ruined my special event. She is not organized, she doesn't take responsibility for her own actions. She puts the blame on everyone but herself and you better get a copy of your contract up front or you will encounter lots of extra charges to you credit card. My special day was ruined by her lies and her lack of professionalism.
