What I like best about this hotel were the room. The rooms are very nice n well organized. I wish to come back n stay here again! I love your service n hospitality, I felt right at home. Thank you. What I disliked, though, was a woman who cleaned our room left all my belongings everywhere n I didn't like that... I request for her to be fired!! Immediately!! Thank you n I hope to visit in the future.

Room ervice was excelent, great place to stay. Bars and food are very good. Would recomend anyone going there. I liked the style very much.

The air conditioning never was able to cool the room to under 82 degrees Fahrenheit the week I was there in June of 2006. The room was adequate, but not fancy. The bathroom was a litle cramped.

Have stayed here through a 8 yr period and service has always been great.

I loved the experience! It was very beautiful inside and out, the service was very exceptional and the staff were very willing to do whatever it took to make our stay enjoyable. It was very clean and tidy, our rooms were cleaned dialy and the location was breath taking. I would love to go back! I cant wait!

Stayed in one of the suites, very comfortable. Nice living room, good bed, trendy and fun.

Shower was a bit tricky (too sensative and hard to tune in to the right temperature.) Towel service was a bit lacking.

The coffee service was a bit off (coffee was too strong.) Staff was friendly and amenities can't be beat.
