Building was majestically built in the 16th century, situated close to the train station, this hotel is a true jewel of its kind. Woodwork, ceilings, pictures are gorgeous. I spent 4 days in Florence staying at this Hotel. The service at the desk was friendly and helpful with good porter service for getting suitcases to the rooms. The rooms were clean and there was no intrusion by cleaning staff who cleaned the room when I was out.

Great place to stay. Courteous staff who will go out of the way to help the guests!! Rooms are really spacious and very comfortable to stay!!

I liked the cleanness and sevice. What i did not like that much was the value! but otherwise i loved it!

i liked the place very well everyone was nice and helpfull when i was over there and room service was the best thing ever.

Our room was the largest one and had original 16th century ceiling fresco paintings. Very large room with complete bathroom. Ideally located in center of town in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to everything. We would stay there again on our next trip to Florence.
