Nice hotel run by local family - more personal service than you would get at a chain. A special treat is the father who prepares breakfast while singing (in Italian, of course) - he also helped me with my Italian. The dining room has a great view of Lake Maggiore, and the main town (Baveno) is a short walk up the street.
