my family and I CAME TO THIS HOTEL TWICE
AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AT ALL.WE REALLY LOVED IT.THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND WAS GREAT.YOU HAVE GOT TO GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Our family decided to spend the New Year holiday in the Tower Hotel.It was a disaster,We had asked if hotel was child friendly and were told yes. Well,apart from the pool there was nothing whatsoever and we had to leave the bar by 9oclock each night as children were not allowed after that. This hotel was not worth the stop in Waterford.
It was shabby and not very clean. The service could have been better. I would not eat there again.

This hotel was a disgrace. The staff suffered from a carisma bypass condition and an inability to clear finished tables. When we requested a particular free table near the window we were told it was unavailable because it was not cleaned off! The following morning we requested a table to be cleaned so we could use it.
