We got back two weeks ago. This hotel was such a GREAT DEAL!

In response the reivews I had read before I went: I guess some people are used to frequent updating, but I thought the room decor was pretty. The towels and sheets DIDN'T seem threadbare to me. And there were definitely NO bedbugs.

The best part of the hotel is the location, but the quality of half of the reception, the maintainance of the building, half of the other staff, choices of food, the lack of "free" internet, ( they charge 15 pounds a day, also if needed for 2 minutes), the channels on TV and the noice from neighbouring construction sites at 08.00 am sharp, makes this hotel to my opinion a 3 star hotel with a hefty price tag

All aspects of the hotel were excellent, easily the best hotel we have visited in London recently.Breakfast was particularly good and the room very spacious All staff extremely friendly.

i booked this hotel for my friends hen night,ten of us in total.the location was brilliant,and because four could share a room,it made it just 35pounds each.the staff were very obliiging and helpful,would defenetly stay here on my next visit to london.

Do not stay here! The customer service at this hotel was the worse I had ever experienced. From the moment I walked into this unfriendly establishment, you could sense the unwelcomeness. The front desk staff were rude, unfriendly, never smiled, and extremely unknowledgeable and unhelpful.

great hotel very friendly and helpful staff especially Joe the bar manager stayed at virtually every hotel in Mayfair and Knightsbridge and since i discovered this place about 8 years ago havent stayed anywhere else......unless they have been full cant recommend the place enough....
