I tried to cancel my room within the 24 hour deadline and also for a colleague and was charged the full rate for both rooms,there was no leeway even though my company had booked 18 rooms, would have been nice if the person on the phone spoke english as well.

okay, the hotel is not luxury, the rooms are tiny, (it differs a bit) there was no minibar in the room and the room-safe was broke. the receptionist of the evening was at least not speaking better english than me and it is quite loud with open windows even early in the morning. to come to the positive things, the egypt owner or manager was very ...
