Right choice for us. Been in many hotels around the country and this is by far what you should expect when choosing a 4 star. Whilst others are grotty, worn and tired this hotel is warm, friendly, well appointed for the underground & city and great value.

Great location right near the Earl's Ct Underground---less than a 5 minute walk and Earl's Ct tube is a pretty big hub--you can get anywhere from there in 15 minutes or so. Nice and close to Covent Gardens/Picadilly.

Very close to the Earls Court line - very nice - can get to anywhere in the city from here. Excellent breakfast one of the best I have had in London. Rooms on the first floor are very roomy and worth the extra dollars. The computers with printers are a huge plus. The staff were hands down the best in London. Very close to about 5 pubs that were all very friendly and clean.

Hotel was well located for those coming from or going to Heathrow airport. Also, good neighborhood with many dining choices and 2 blocks from the underground.

This was my first trip to London and I have to say, the Hotel is beautiful, very clean, right around the corner from transportation and shops/restaurants. The staff was wonderful and they have free internet and the best complimentary breakfasts! I will stay there again.

Access to the Earl's Court Underground places this hotel in a "strategic" location... outside of the "touristy", higher-priced/less-value areas... and closer to a residential location. The free Internet access also sets this hotel apart from others... and there are also plenty of good local restaurants nearby.
