VERY POOR, WORST HOTEL IN LONDON

Never go to the abba queens gate, one of the worst in London!!
The staff never smiled which didn't bother me too much but what really annoyed me was how slow they were, 15-20 minutes to check in.
You can leave your bags if you arrive early which we did thinking they would take them to our room once it had been cleaned, no, they had them ...

Everything about this placed I loved!! It is cute, its clean, its nice, the staff is friendly, the bathrooms are REALLY clean. Check in was easy and simple. Location is awesome. Its in a nice quiet area but its near EVERYTHING!! Will definetly go back again.

Best location, only two minutes walk from Royal Albert Hall. Very private hotel with warm and friendly service. They have a breakfast room and lounge bar. The room service is 24 hours. We will be back!

It was grand!!

I stayed at the Ramada-Jarvis Kensington, for my first time ever going out of the country. I went for an educational trip, and couldn't of asked for a more charming hotel then this. The staff was very helpful and polite. I would like to stay there again for every time I go to London. The rooms were very clean, and staff wonderful. It is a grand hotel, and I love it!!
