I have stayed in Paris many times before, and this hotel has one of the best locations. Overlooking the beautiful Tuilieres gardens was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and tidy, and the pool was fantastic.

It was brilliant value for money, and I would certainly recommend staying in the Saint James and Albany to others. A superb find!

We stayed in a junior suite quadruple, which was very spacious, and clean. The suite was just as described on the hotel's website, and it looked the same as the pictures. The hotel staff were very helpful with the one minor problem we had, and responded to it extremely quickly.

i loved the indoor pool.the beds were a little uncomfortable.the place was romantic,especially at night.Ienjoyed the yard.The restaurant there was decent i enjoyed having my breakfasts there.Iliked how it was close to the lourve,a museum,because i had thought to go there.

This was my 4th trip to Paris, and having stayed before at the Brighton a few doors down, I thought that this hotel would be comparable. Not at all. Walked in to a hot lobby area... no air conditioning on. We were supposedly "upgraded" to a junior suite... when I opened the door, I was shocked. Very shabby and dank... carpet coming ...

First night in that hotel, they put me in a room with defective aircon. They didn't even informed me. I complained, but they said that there was no available room anymore at that time.

Another worst thing they did. My wife called me the following day, and the receptionist said that no person was staying in that hotel.

The connecting door was broke (so strangers could get into my room - although the maintenance guy fixed it), the beds were lumpy and I couldn't get a taxi for love nor money.

As a regular business traveller I won't go back!

The hotel was great central location, within easy access to all the popular visiting sights.
