We stayed at the Napoleon and were really pleasantly surprised: the amenities are worthy of 4 stars even if the hotel only has 3. The staff were extremely friendly and most spoke good english.

The rooms were comfortable and recently redecorated, air conditioning was quiet.

Our only criticism was that the breakfast, although excellent, was a bit expensive at 11 euros.
