Our first time in Paris. 10 min walk to eiffel tower, plenty of shops and romantic little restaurants. Hotel itself clean, service could improve but can't have everything, good value for money.

It was our first time to Paris and we were very happy with the hotel. It is just around the corner from the subway, fruit stand, ( which sold BIG bottels of water for a very good price) bakery and we had great pizza at this little stand on the street that the subway is on. It is a manageable walk to the Eiffel Tower and the hop on hop off boats. ...

I live in Paris, and my parents just stayed 10 days at the Hotel Ibis Cambronne. I can't argue with other reviews on this site, but having seen some pretty seedy 2 star hotels in Paris, this Ibis is a great choice. It was in safe neighbourhood just seconds from the Metro and not far from the Eiffel Tower, Monoprix, and other shopping - perfect ...

It was a relief!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/03/06
I liked that it was located in a neighborhood - not too touristy, yet was located not far from the Eiffel Tower. There is a great restaurant on site and internet access in the lobby. I particularly liked the Subway kiosk that would chart your train route. There are some nice restaurants in the area and one of the best bakeries within walking distance.

Excellent location, beautiful viev on Cambrrone Sq, reasonable price, nice service. We had a very big double room, what a pity breakfast wasn't included in the price.
It's not the Ritz nor a roach motel. It's a good hotel. It's location is perfect for night walks over to the Eiffel Tower and other Paris landmarks.
Not to mention there's a Monoprix just down the street not too far.
Service is great, as well as the food.

I would come again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/07/05
I was recently a guest at the Ibis-Cambronne hotel while traveling with a student group. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The fact that it was small didn't matter because we weren't in it long. The best part was the cheese at the breakfast buffet. I would love to know the kind of cheese that was served. The ...

A great place to stay.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/23/05
I stayed at the Ibis Cambronne as a member of a student tour group, and after some of the other hotels the group was housed in, the Ibis Cambronne was amazing. Not only is it clean and spacious, but it also just inches away from Paris' main attraction and symbol, La Tour Eiffel.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris. My ...
