Although in a lovely setting in the rolling vineyards of Epernay-Vinay, the Briqueterie is very expensive - especially the restaurant. We've been to a lot of places, but nothing compares to this one. The menu had 3 or 4 options (all of which were great) but the champagne list was bigger than the bible. We had a local champagne, 20 years old, still the best bottle of anything we've ever had. If you're going to be in the area and you have the time, stay, eat dinner, have a bottle after dinner in the garden, and enjoy the sunrise with a baguette!
