I can not describe how aweful this hotel is specialy for the price you pay. They charge a high amount for Every Thing including potable water! the rooms are very cold and stinky. The elevator is so slow that I end up going up and down to my room at level 9 using the stairs few times!! and the staff are not friendly and not organized. The location was good for me as most of the companies I was visiting were close by.

Stayed 60 plus days in May-June 2008 and it's the worst 5 star hotel I have been in my whole life. No A/C, No Hot water many days, no elevators working.
Amaze me how Intecontinental could retain the franchise to this really poor staffed and poor service hotel.

I lived there for 2 months. Service is awfull. Resaurants are very expensive, and not good. Anyways I would not recommend stay there. I would reccomend stay in Radisson.

I have no Words to explain what amazing oportunity I had in this Hotel.

The attention was Incredible, awesome, the location, the restaurants, food, all!!
I spent 6 wonderful days with my family at the Hotel, and I was certenly a little sad when we back to our home.

This is an Excellent option. They had problems few months ago with the air conditioning systems but they bought a new one!!! Now is freezing.

This Hotel have excellents installations and the food... Last week I ate a Mediterranean Pizza, simply gorgeous!

Thanks to the sweet people that works there. Every time that I go there is a pleasure for me.
