Great looking hotel. Excellent service, good food, great facilities! The lobby was elegant. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, safe and clean. The food, especially the breakfast buffet, was super.

This hotel totally ruined my experience in Caracas .We had a pre agreed price with the option to extend at the same price if required. When asking for the room for an additional 3 days, I was told that they were booked solid, BUT I could have the room for an additional $80 US PER NIGHT .They then stated they would require a security deposite in ...

I stayed here for 4 nights in October 2005. I found the concierge to be helpful and the maid, but all other service was poor. The rooms that 2 of us stayed in were old, outdated and had leaking air conditioning. I would never stay there again.

I did not dislike anything!The restaurants are great and the service is wonderful.

I have stayed in many many countries and in many hotels in My life. I feel that this is one of the best. The food in the two restaurantes is very very good. I like the Pizza very very much, fish is VERY good in the other. Service is great, people are very very friendly that work in the hotel.
