So we get there, and we find cheetos all in the pool, also a turd i hate thi splace, im still having nightmares

My Husband and I stayed in room 1103 w/balcony. We roamed the Island all day. We were very pleased that there was not a casino in this hotel, although the casinos are within walking distance. Very well run and clean hotel. Employees went out of their way to make you feel at home. They were all very polite and very friendly - all spoke English. The hotel is located walking distance to the beach, to casinos and to many places to eat. The restaurants at the hotel were also good. We had no complaints whatsoever and we enjoyed our stay very much :)

The hotel was okay but the pool was extremely dirty and the bathrooms in the rooms are super smelly! the dirty bathrooms make the whole room smell like ! I found a piece of chicken nuget under my bed and overall the hotel is horrendous! Isla verde itself is trashland! streets are under construction and there is trash all over the place! never will i stay there again! Next time I will consider staying at condado!

The employee try to give good servicem they try but is not good. When you ask for a Manager, you better take a seat, because they are always in meetings and never available. The worst service. If you want to try. Call the place and ask for a Manager and I am 100% sure that they will tell you that they are on a meeting. Always. Please DO NOT stay on this hotel.

Good value, nice placement... extremly nice rooms and restaurants.

The pool was dirty. The music around the pool was horrible and a lot of noise. No elevator for second floor pool side rooms.

We did paid in advance (prepaid) a room for a honey moon ningth before our fligh and we did not get what we paid (flowers, Shampaige, strawberries, etc...). I did comoplain about that and not response for more than 2 hours.
The real problem was the day after at the front desk, the manager in charge could't talk to us face to face and they did ...

we usually stay at the intercontinental but we did not want to pay $900 for 2 nights so we decided on the holidat inn. this hotel is very clean, the staff was great. it is about 2 blocks from the beach. the pool was great and clean. we ate lunch out on the patio and it was very good. it is vey close to the airport and about 15 min. from the cruise piers. we will be back in 2009. they also have a brand new gym which was very nice.
